ABOUT
As a Certified Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, a huge focus and passion of mine is working with the youth! With the everchanging and highly competitive employment market, youth are exposed to a lot of challenges in accordance to pursuing employment opportunities, once they leave school or their tertiary studies.
A lot of youth battle with a sense of direction in their lives, self-worthiness, anxiety; self-confidence and self-esteem. These coaching sessions create an awakening of who they truly are, identifying their core values and areas in their lives that are in need of attention. Working on these areas, aid in an awakening of their resources, to go out there in the world and embrace their skills and potentials and overcome any limitations they may have in the process.
