As a small business owner, working in the recruitment field since 2004, I have engaged with individuals from all business levels, cultures and backgrounds. I am passionate about people and helping them achieve their dreams and GOALS, whether it be personal or within their careers.

By incorporating my Honours Psychology Degree with Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistics qualifications, a strong understanding of the human mindset is instilled. Everyday pressures and overall life difficulties are evident all around us. Everyone experiences challenges and obstacles along the way, it’s the HOW to overcome them!

As a Certified Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, I specialise in assisting individuals towards creating personalised, sustainable and realistic GOAL PLANS. Follow up goal planning sessions are incorporated, to ensure follow through on specified timelines, as well as providing consistent guidance throughout.

I enjoy engaging on both individual (for personal consults) and group levels (for corporations).
